Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys will level the scales this fall on "The Voice." For the first time ever, the NBC singing competition will feature two female and two male coaches. Cyrus and Keys will join mainstays Adam Levine and Blake Shelton to coach the season 11 contestants.

The two female performs will replace outgoing coaches Christina Aguilera and Pharrell Williams. Aguilera has served as a coach off-and-on for six of the 10 seasons and Williams started coaching in season seven.

"The musical expertise and energy these two incredibly talented women will bring to the show is remarkable," said Paul Telegdy, NBC's president of alternative and late-night programming. "We're thrilled that they'll be joining Adam and Blake in what we know will be a magical 11th season."

Cyrus leaked the news of her new gig a tad early on social media. She's currently serving as a mentor on this season of "The Voice" for all four teams. Keys served as a mentor in season seven

No female coach has ever had a winning contestant. Aguilera came closest in season five when her contestant was the runner-up. Shelton has the most wins with four followed by Levine's three. Team Usher won in season six and Williams coached a winner in season eight.

Cyrus released her fifth studio album, "Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz" in 2015, deviating from her traditional pop tunes and experimenting with more psychedelic sounds. She also will star in the new Amazon series from Woody Allen, which is filming now.

Alicia Keys will release her sixth studio album later this year. Her last album, "Girl on Fire," was released in 2012 and the title track, reached No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100. Keys has guest-starred in two episodes of the Fox drama "Empire" this season.

Season 11 of "The Voice" will premiere this fall on NBC. The current season airs on Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m.
