Just as Ashley Darby settled her feud with her "The Real Housewives of Potomac" co-star, she finds herself getting into it with another one of her cast mates. In a sneak peek for this week's episode of the newest addition to the hit Bravo reality TV franchise, one housewife prepares to have an "empty nest," another plans a big birthday bash, one must decide whether to move out of state for her husband's job, and the issue of race causes a huge rift between Darby and another housewife.

Karen Huger's daughter Rayvin is ready to go off to college, which leave Huger and her husband alone to do whatever they please in their home.

"Rayvin is getting ready to go off to college, 19 years and we've never been alone. We can run around nude if we want," Huger says, laughing.

Meanwhile, Robyn Dixon is still living with her estranged husband Juan in the same home as they continue to co-parent their children even though they are separated. But when Juan, a former pro basketball player, gets an offer out of stay, Dixon faces the tough decision on whether to follow him to keep their family together.

"If Juan gets a job out of state it really will force us to make a decision about our situation," Dixon says in her on-camera interview

Charisse Jackson Jordan and her husband, former men's Rutgers basketball coach Eddie Jordan, have lived apart for the past three years and state of their relationship hangs in the balance. But she's focusing her energy on throwing herself a big 50th birthday bash, but one of her girl friends wonders if there will be any surprise guests at Jordan's party.

"Are you talking about my husband?" Jordan asks as she sips on her champagne.

There is some drama brewing at Jordan's party, but it's not because of her estranged husband. The "RHOP" ladies all attend the party, and Dixon comes up to Ashley and makes a rude comment about her spouse.

"Your husband just went up and grabbed Andrew's butt," Dixon tells Ashley. "Is that like a white guy thing?"

"Robyn and Gizelle are the most racially obsessed people I've ever met," Ashley's pal Katie Rost says in her on-camera interview.

"You're biracial and I'm biracial," Ashley tells Dixon, and Dixon denies being biracial.

"You need to have your genealogy checked," Rost tells Dixon. "You don't end up looking like this if you're straight out of Africa."

"I'm done with this conversation," Rost continues, and then walks away.
