The Jacksonville Jaguars have made some big moves in free agency this year and continue to bolster their roster with the addition of former Dallas Cowboy offensive lineman Jacksonville Jaguars, Mackenzy Bernadeau. Bernadeau was signed to a two-year deal worth $4 million. The former Cowboy is 30 and was originally a seventh-round pick by the Carolina Panthers in 2008.

He was a backup with the Cowboys after they drafted Zack Martin and has appeared in every NFL game for the last two years. Bernadeau could earn another starting role with this offense as the Jaguars have cut Zane Beadles and have not re-signed Stefen Wisniewski.

The Jaguars offensive line has been a problem for the last several years, but with the addition of Bernadeau along with a few high draft picks, this line could be turned into a source of strength. The starters for the Jaguars offensive line are currently looking like Tyler Shatley, Brandon Linder, Luke Bowanko and A.J. Cann.

Where they add in Bernadeau is anyone's guess, however they could make him the starting right guard and push A.J. Cann to the right tackle position. QB Blake Bortles has shown that with time he can throw the ball accurately and make plays to these talented wide receivers.

Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns both already had a stellar season making plays for this Jaguars offense, and with a better offensive line they will only have more time to get open. The Jaguars have already taken care of a large portion of their needs in free agency.

Signing Malik Jackson should be a huge boost for this defensive line as Jacksonville looks to add some players who can put pressure on opposing quarterbacks. Additionally, the Jaguars have already signed former New York Jets starting running back Chris Ivory, and former Cleveland Browns safety Tashaun Gipson.

The Jaguars can now focus on drafting the best player available with their fifth overall 2016 NFL Draft selection. The addition of Bernadeau makes adding offensive linemen less of a priority but still I would not be surprised to see them take one of the best offensive line prospects available.
