Anderson Silva's return from a yearlong suspension for failing multiple drug tests did not go as well as he would have hoped. Silva lost to Michael Bisping by unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 84 in London, England. Silva was not happy with the outcome or the judges' decision and neither was his manager Ed Soares. Soares took to Instagram on Sunday night to suggest that the two fighters have a rematch in Brazil.

This loss by Silva was his first loss via decision since 2000. Silva had lost his previous two fights to Chris Weidman via TKO but those were under insinuating circumstances. After the decision was revealed by the judges Silva called it "total corruption," according to Guilherme Cruz of MMA Fighting, and he believes it has to do with where the fight happened.

The fight on Saturday was on Bisping's home turf in England so Soares has suggested that they have a rematch on Silva's home turf in Brazil. Furthermore he says if Silva were to win this hypothetical rematch they should have the "trilogy" in Las Vegas. The next time the UFC is scheduled to return to Brazil is on May 14 and that will likely be at a soccer stadium in Curitiba, according to Cruz. Silva got his start in Curitiba but has not fought there since 2002 when he knocked out Roan Carneiro in the first round.

As for the fight that took place on Saturday there is some question as to whether the judges made the right decision. At the end of the third round Silva hit Bisping with a knee to the head and it looked like he would win via knockout at that point. Instead the round ended and Bisping was able to go to his corner and recover for the final two rounds where he eventually pulled out the victory.

If you just look at the two fighters faces when the fight was over you would think Bisping was the loser and there were plenty of people watching who thought he should have been, according to Matthew Kaplowitz of Bloody Elbow. In the end though the judges gave the fight to Bisping and now Silva and his manager want home octagon advantage in a rematch and I'm sure many UFC fans would not mind seeing that.
