It sounds like we may finally have a target date for Ronda Rousey's return to the octagon. Reports and rumors have swirled in the months since Rousey was unexpectedly beaten in brutal fashion by former professional boxer Holly Holm of just when Rousey would again find herself in the cage and not on a stage. UFC president Dana White has dropped plenty of hints and even offered timelines that he's later amended, but White, according to MMA Fighting, may finally have given the MMA-watching world a definitive date - sort of - to look forward to. White said this week that Rousey's likely return will come as the opponent to the winner of Miesha Tate-Holly Holm in November.

White, appearing on the Big Boy show this week, told the host that Rousey will "probably" return to the mat in November and that whoever wins the Tate-Holm match "will fight Ronda probably," per Bleacher Report.

There's been plenty of questions as to whether Rousey will return to her once dominant form after her shocking defeat and time away from MMA and the UFC, filming shows and movies and capitalizing on her looks and celebrity. White seems unconcerned.

"She's very intense," White said, per MMA Fighting. "She's a badass, man. She'll be back."

The Tate-Holm bout is set for UFC 196 in Las Vegas on March 5. White and the UFC have reportedly been targeting a New York City debut in November if the state legalizes the sport in the near future, so there's a very real possibility that a Rousey return could come in the Big Apple.
