Former NBA star Daniel "Boobie" Gibson is making a return to reality TV. Gibson, who is also the estranged husband of r&b singer Keyshia Cole, will reportedly join the cast of VH1's "Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood," reported the Shade Room, for the show's upcoming third season.

The former Cleveland Cavaliers player is looking to pursue a career in hip-hop, according to the Shade Room. This will mark Gibson's comeback on reality TV - he previously co-starred in Cole's 2015 BET show "Keyshia Cole: All In" and the couple's 2012 series "Keyshia and Daniel: Family First."

Cole and Gibson married in 2011, but split in 2014, according to TMZ. The estranged couple share 6-year-old son Daniel Jr. whom they continue to co-parent.

Gibson's casting news comes just as rumors swirl around Cole's alleged relationship with actor Shad Moss (aka hip-hop artist Bow Wow), reported the Source. However, Moss, who was engaged to former "Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood" star Erica Mena, slammed the rumors on social media.

"Don't believe what u read or hear," Moss responded on Twitter when a fan asked if the dating rumors were true.

Fans can also expect to see the return of former "Love and Hip Hop" star Masika Kalysha. She is the ex-girlfriend of hip-hop star Fetty Wap and is currently pregnant with his child, reported Us Weekly.

Singer/songwriter Lyrics, who has worked with Chris Brown and also penned Beyoncé's hit song "Jealous," is also expected to join the cast of "Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood" for the upcoming season.
