Apple is believed to be unveiling a 4-inch handset called the iPhone 5se next month. Rumors about this device have been circulating for several month already, and the latest are claiming to have the information on what the device actually looks like.

It is said that the 5se will almost look identical to the iPhone 5s but with a few internal upgrades. This was revealed by an iPhone case maker that is reported to have insider knowledge about the next generation iPhone. To vouch for its claim, several schematics have been provided, including the product's dimensions, which allowed the production of several computer renders, according to 9 to 5 Mac. The device also appears to sport the antenna band found in the latest iPhones (see the photo below).

Some notable changes to the 5se's design include a relocated sleep/wake, power button and slightly curvier edges. This last rumor has been confirmed by schematics obtained by iGeneration. The 5se's specs feature an A9 chip adoption, improved camera module, NFC chip for Apple Pay and Live Photos compatibility. It is also expected to be outfitted with Touch ID without the 3D touch technology, Mac Rumors reported. Battery life is believed to be better than the 5s and will include the latest iPhone features such as Bluetooth 4.2, fast 802.11ac WiFi and VoLTE.

There are no credible reports yet that could shed light on pricing and availability. However, some speculate that the device will have the same pricing as the 5s.
