Dice, formerly Digital Illusions, might have been quite silent during the past few weeks about developments in its upcoming title, "Battlefield 5," but the company left a very important clue on its website. While it has been common knowledge that the new title would undoubtedly be a visual tour de force, it seems as though Dice is taking its visuals one step further, according to Gaming Bolt.

Recently, the game developer posted a job opening for a senior concept artist on its official website. What is particularly interesting is that according to the ad, the artist would have the responsibility to "push visual quality to the next level on an unannounced AAA title."

Of course, "AAA title" might pertain to a number of games that the developer is working on, but the timing of the posting, as well as its focus on visual innovation, has prompted the rumor mill to connect it to the upcoming "Battlefield" title, according to The Bitbag.

After all, "Battlefield" has made a name for itself by pushing the visual capabilities of consoles ever since it emerged as a popular first-person shooter game. With the standards set by its previous title, "Battlefield: Hardline," the next installment has some very big shoes to fill.

Then again, Dice rarely disappoints when it comes to the visual aspect of its games. With the job posting on its website, it does seem like the company is attempting to push the quality of its upcoming titles beyond the norm.

Dice is expected to reveal more information about the upcoming game on the upcoming E3 2016, though previous rumors have suggested that the title would be released for the PS4 and Xbox One.
