You would think the members of the Beatles would be VIP anywhere they go, as they're arguably some of the most iconic musicians in the world. But, to his own disbelief, on Monday night following the Grammys, Sir Paul McCartney was denied access twice to rapper Tyga's after-party, according to TMZ. He arrived at the door with Beck and Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins, and security wouldn't let them in.

In the captured footage, you can see the three at the door of the Argyle in Hollywood being told they're not welcome. At one point, you even hear McCartney, 73, jokingly say to Beck, "How VIP do we gotta get? We need another hit guys, we need another hit. Work on it!"

After getting denied for a second time, the three legends eventually went to Hyde for the Republic Records after-party. Judging by a photo of McCartney inside, they had no problem getting in here.

TMZ then asked Tyga about the incident following the party, but he seemed unaware that anything went on. Bow Wow was more open to discuss what happened, and although he was in disbelief and also had no idea this went on, he thought that maybe it had something to do with age.

"Maybe it's the fact that we're younger than Paul," Bow Wow told the cameraman. "And it's the fact that it's a new generation and we really club when we go out." He then went on to explain how they're regulars at this particular club and "familiar faces," so maybe that had something to do with it. He did, however, admit that it was "crazy" McCartney was denied access.
