Demi Lovato's edgy new music video for her latest single, "Neon Lights," has just premiered on Vevo, featuring the 21-year-old singer submerged topless in a pool of water, stretching out in a skintight black catsuit in the rain and enjoying an underground rave lit up in bright neon colors.

"Neon Lights" may be Lovato's sexiest and most visually stunning video yet, featuring a spectacle of blacklight, glow-in-the-dark make-up and dancers, and perhaps, a preview of things to come on her upcoming "Neon Lights Tour" that kicks off early next year and will feature opening acts Fifth Harmony, Little Mix and Cher Lloyd, all former "X-Factor" U.K. contestants. It's fitting, as Lovato is currently a judge and mentor on the third season of the U.S. "X-Factor," her top three acts having performed last night and all up for elimination on tonight's results show on FOX.

"I think it's going to be so much fun," Demi said On Air With Ryan Seacrest of her new tour. "There's nothing better than woman empowerment and having an all-girls tour. It's like a party tour. I wanted it to be fun and kind of crazy and exciting. Of all the song titles when I see that I think big party."

Lovato even dyed her hair a bright blue for her new video, which she has been excitedly tweeting previews of for fans over the past few days.

She's also recently published her first book, "Staying Strong: 365 Days a Year," a collection of inspirational quotes and daily meditations, and has plans to write and release a memoir as part of her multiple book deal.

"I'M AN AUTHOR........?!????!!!! SO COOL!!!!" she tweeted the day of the book's release on Nov. 19, encouraging all of her fans to go pick up a copy.
