Lions skipper Scott Styris said that his side is ready to face new challenges. "It's all a new ball game now with a different sort of a stage to play on this weekend. As far as the Lions go, we have a revitalized team coming up for the new challenge that reaches a new summit in the tournament," Styris said, according to Khaleej Times.

The Gemini Arabians will take on the Sagittarius Strikers in the first semi-final of the Masters Champions League (MCL 2016) at same venue on Thursday, as HNGN previously reported. The Virender Sehwag-led Arabians was the first team to make it to the semi-final. They earned the top spot on the points table, winning all five MCL games they played so far.
