"NCIS" star Pauley Perrette has once again taken to Twitter to describe a tense encounter with another homeless man, making this her second attack in three months.

"And yes, again..." the 46-year-old actress tweeted around 4 a.m. on Wednesday, along with another lengthy post explaining exactly what happened this time. Perrette says she was on her way home from work when she was stopped at a stoplight and a "pretty off homeless guy" was asking people in their cars for money.

"I keep ones in my glove box for this very reason," she continued. "He came to my window, to take my dollar. I said God Bless You. He grabbed my wrist and put his whole head inside my car. He held my arm and then said, 'What time is it?' He was in my car and I was scared."

She then explained how the first thing she could think of to say was, "I rebuke you Satan in the name of Jesus Christ," and then she told him that it was 5:37.

"He held my wrist for a moment, then released and left. I have a tactical knife and a taser in my car next to me," she continued, explaining that she then decided to use her better judgment and be a good Samaritan by giving him the dollar first. "I am learning. I need to know both sides, be SMART and be safe and give. But all of them at once. Be smart and safe. I am learning."

After fans began to worry about her well-being, she tweeted, "Hey, I'm totally ok. It was just incredibly weird. Really weird."

On Nov. 12, Perrette posted a similar tweet about a much more serious incident in which she was jumped by a homeless man, as HNGN previously reported. "He grabbed me so forcefully, pinned my arm, punched me in the nose, forehead repeatedly telling me he was going to kill me...I was alone, terrified and trapped," she wrote at the time, explaining how traumatized she was by the experience.

This man, David Merck, was later charged with one felony count of making a criminal threat and one count of false imprisonment by violence for assaulting her and threatening to take her life multiple times.
