CBS has axed another comedy. The network pulled "Angel from Hell" from its schedule on Monday after airing only 5 of its 13-episode order, according to Deadline.

CBS originally pushed the Jane Lynch comedy from its fall schedule and moved the premiere to January. The show averaged a 1.4 same-day rating among adults 18-49, down from what "2 Broke Girls" pulled in during the fall in the same timeslot.

A repeat of "The Big Bang Theory" will air in place of "Angel from Hell" this week at 9:30 p.m. on Thursday. "2 Broke Girls" will fill the slot starting on Feb. 18.

The Wednesday comedy block of "2 Broke Girls" and "Mike & Molly" will end this week when "Survivor" returns next week. "Mike & Molly" is wrapping up its sixth and final season, but it's unknown where the show will air its final episodes once "2 Broke Girls" moves back to Thursday nights.

"Angel of Hell" was created by Tad Quill and also starred Maggie Lawson, Kevin Pollack and Kyle Bornheimer.
