Dan Bull, a proud owner of two house cats, Sammy and Jimmy, never thought that they would experience something unique on an otherwise average U.K. morning. Upon checking the back door, Dan, together with his cats, spotted a wild fox just sitting right outside the back door, according to The Dodo.

Sammy and Jimmy were quite surprised at the visitor, and so was the fox. What was really unique, however, was the fact that the fox did not run away after seeing the cats, or their owner for that matter. Wild foxes usually flee at the sight of humans, but this particular wild fox just didn't.

While both the cats and the fox were quite surprised for a bit, they just decided to share a few moments together, very similar to that iconic scene in the Disney classic "The Fox and the Hound."

Bull, observing the event, stated that there was absolutely no hostility from either party. He further stated that as far as he could tell, there was just this really cool, relaxed inquisitiveness from the cats and the wild fox, reported Live Leak.

Eventually, the fox went back to the wild, but not before it spent more time just gazing, with a calm eye and an equally calm heart, at the secure, domestic life of the two cats just behind the sheet of glass in Bull's back door.

The surreal encounter has been uploaded in YouTube and has garnered about 11,000 likes from netizens around the world.
