On Tuesday night's episode of E!'s new reality TV series "Just Jillian," Jillian Michaels stepped out of her comfort zone in order to expand her brand. Her glam squad prepared her to walk the red carpet at the MTV Video Music Awards, brought on a new fitness trainer protégé and posed for a double cover of Women's Health magazine, then let off some steam with a game of Zorb soccer.

MTV Video Music Awards

Michaels tried on multiple outfits for her red carpet look and felt out of place in the super trendy pieces that were picked out for her because it's not what she would normally wear. "They wanted to play Barbie but they got a G.I. Joe," Michaels said in her on-camera interview. When the big night arrived, Michaels and her partner Heidi Rhoades got all glammed up and walked the carpet together, and Michaels even had fun during a red carpet interview with Buzzfeed where they measured her tongue for fun, which turned out to be four inches long. "I'm like the Justin Bieber of tongues," Michaels joked.

Michaels Meets Tee Major

After stumbling across fitness trainer Tee Major on YouTube, Michaels' business partner Giancarlo set up a work out session for Major to show Michaels some of his impressive work out routines. They agreed to bring Major on, signing him to Michaels' Fit Fusion, which is like Netflix for fitness. Michaels was on set for Major's first video shoot for Fit Fusion, even though she got a phone call from Rhoades, who asked Michaels to come home to be there for their son Phoenix, who just had his tonsils removed. "This is the first time Tee's done anything like this," Michaels explained to her partner. "I need him to feel like I'm here and this team is behind him."

Women's Health Photo Shoot

Michaels struggled to balance her family life and her work life since her son was recovering from his tonsillectomy. Because Rhoades needed to stay home to care for Phoenix, Michaels was in charge of dropping off their daughter Lukensia at school, which made Michaels more than 40 minutes late to her Women's Health magazine photo shoot. Michaels' hair stylist Chloe gave her a sexy look to go with five of the outfits she needed to shoot in, which is a difficult task. "She doesn't ever sit still, she's a moving target," Chloe said in her on-camera with Michaels. "She's always on the phone, she's always talking to people."

Zorb Soccer

At the end of the busy week, Michaels decided to let off some steam by inviting her and Rhoades' family and friends to play a game of Zorb soccer. Michaels let loose, and her competitive side came out as she cheered and coached her team, especially her hair stylist Chloe. When Chloe stopped by for a mid-game pep talk, Chloe repeated, "If you're not winning, you're losing," and Michaels jokingly responded, "Yeah, and you know what? Thanks to you, we're all losing."
