McDreamy is getting a second chance at love. Just 11 months after filing for divorce, Patrick Dempsey and his estranged wife Jillian Fink are reportedly looking to reconcile their differences and repair their marriage, Us Weekly reported. A source said that the two have been going on dates and are "trying to be a couple again" after being separated for nearly a year.

"There's still a lot of love between them," the source told Us Weekly.

So, what cause the relationship to crumble in the first place? The source said that Dempsey is taking full responsibility for the divorce, claiming that the 49-year-old former "Grey's Anatomy" actor "was going through a bit of a midlife crisis. But he's snapping out of it."

Dempsey and Fink were spotted out together in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood of Paris, France on Sunday, as previously reported by HNGN. Photos obtained by the Daily Mail showed the couple holding hands, visiting museums, going on a bike and posing for pictures on the city's famous Love Lock bridge, where couples place locks on the railing "to symbolize their eternal love."

Dempsey is currently filming "Bridget Jones' Baby" with actress Renée Zellweger and Colin Firth in London. Meanwhile, Fink is working in Europe as a make-up artist for Jennifer Lawrence, who is promoting "Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2."

Despite all the good news surrounding their relationship, the couple has not officially pulled the plug on their divorce, TMZ reported. A source told the gossip site that the biggest issue between Dempsey and Fink is the actor's love for racing cars, which has kept him away from his family, especially his children, for long periods of time. The actor was reportedly making no money from racing cars either.

The pair has also reportedly reached a divorce settlement but have yet to file in court.

Fink filed for divorce in January after 15 years of marriage and having three children with Dempsey - 13-year-old daughter Talula Frye and 8-year-old twin boys Sullivan Patrick and Galen Darby.  She cited "irreconcilable differences" in her filing and requested spousal and child support. The couple signed no prenuptial agreement.

"It is with careful consideration and mutual respect that we have decided to end our marriage," the couple told People at the time. "Our primary concern remains the well-being of our children, and we ask with profound gratitude that you respect our family's privacy at this very sensitive time."

Fink also asked for joint custody of the couple's children.
