Rob Kardashian is showing off his pretty eyes in a very rare selfie moment. The younger brother of the Kardashian sisters has spent months hiding from the cameras and away limelight for a more private lifestyle. The 28-year-old reality star posted a rare selfie of his face on his Instagram account Wednesday. In the photo, Kardashian showed off his brown eyes and black eyebrows but kept the rest of his face covered with a bandanna. He also donned a blue shirt and a black beanie.

He captioned the post with two angry purple devil emojis and also deleted all past Instagram posts from his account, leaving his recent selfie as the only picture. Kardashian also changed his profile picture to his latest selfie and wrote, "LOVE GOD!!"

This cryptic Instagram pic comes a month after he was hospitalized and later diagnosed with diabetes. Several reports claim that Kim Kardashian's brother was also struggling with depression due to his drastic weight gain.

Last week, Kardashian's sister Khloé said she believes her brother's struggles stem from him not dealing with the death of their father, Robert Kardashian Sr.

"He kind of had no direction, and I feel like he felt lost there," she told Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live," according to Us Weekly. "I think that's when he started dealing with my father's passing... And then breakups and all this stuff happened, which I think added to other things in his life, but it's issues he had to deal with from the start that he just didn't."

While speaking at the "Architects Of Change: Maria Shriver And Kris Jenner Conversation" held at Skirball Cultural Center last week, his mother, Kris Jenner opened up to Shriver about her son's health, including his recent diabetes diagnosis and his decision to return to the family's reality show, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

"Well, he's still part of the show," Jenner said (via People). "He's had a year where he kind of wanted to chill. He hasn't been feeling well. We didn't really know why. He was just diagnosed with diabetes so we're taking care of that, but he's always around. He wants to still come back and shoot. He just wants to feel better. It's not that he doesn't want to be on the show. It's just he wasn't feeling good."
