Rob Kardashian is getting back on the right track, starting with improving his health. The former "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star is reportedly focused on his health and getting back in shape. A source told E! News that "for the first time in a long time Rob is committed to changing his diet habits" and has already started "working with a chef."

He has reportedly been working hard with his personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, on a consistent basis and has a workout "regimen that involves more than just cardio and weights."

It's no secret that the 28-year-old sock designer's disappearance from the public eye has a lot to do with his rapid weight gained in the past several years. Rob never publicly addressed the press about his weight issues. However, the reality star has posted updates about his work regimen in recent weeks, according to Us Weekly.

Rob recently posted on Instagram a picture of his sister Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend, Tyga, working out together. The couple, who appeared to be wearing workout gear, posed for the camera. "Spotted these fools on the morning workout," Rob captioned.

He also has no issue poking fun at his weight gain, posting an old photo of milkshake glasses in front of him, with the caption, "Started right here with these milkshakes hahaha #throwbackthursday."
