The San Francisco 49ers have already announced Chip Kelly as their next head coach and one of the first things that needs to be taken care of in San Francisco is the filling out of Kelly's coaching staff. Buffalo Bills running backs coach and assistant head coach Anthony Lynn had already interviewed for the head coaching vacancy in San Francisco, and although he didn't land the job, Lynn is expected to interview with the 49ers again, but this time for the offensive coordinator position, according to Fox Sports' Alex Marvez.

Kelly and Lynn have no prior connection, but that could mean Kelly is looking to change his NFL approach after multiple issues in Philadelphia. Lynn's focus on offense is a power-running style that could look to feature 49ers lead running back Carlos Hyde. The 49ers have plenty of personnel decisions to make this offseason, and quarterback Colin Kaepernick remains the biggest question in San Francisco.

Kelly loves mobile quarterbacks, and a dual-threat quarterback who can take off at any time could take his offense to another level. The question with Kaepernick has never been his ability to run away from though, is whether or not he can make the right passes and fit the ball in tight spots. The 49ers coaching staff and front office will look to make that a priority this offseason, but filling their offensive and defensive coordinator positions on their staff will need to be solved first.

There is reportedly a "strong possibility" that defensive coordinator Eric Mangini returns in 2016, and Mangini pairing with Lynn could make an interesting combination in San Francisco. The 49ers finished in last place in the NFC West this season at 5-11, and Kelly will look to get his coaching staff in place soon, as they have a ton of offseason work that needs to be done.
