New England Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels is reportedly interested in the Tennessee Titans head coaching position, according to ESPN's John ClaytonMcDaniels is clearly one of the top coordinator candidates this offseason, and many teams will be interested him, as he led the Patriots to be the third-highest scoring team in the NFL.

Reports have already surfaced that McDaniels could be a head coaching candidate with the New York Giants, and now that Tom Coughlin has stepped down it will be interesting to see where McDaniels will be interviewed.

The Titans already fired their general manager Ruston Webster, and are expected to make a decision regarding their future GM before making a coaching hire. Tennessee reportedly interviewed former Lions GM Martin Mayhew on Wednesday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Mayhew clearly drafted some talented players in Detroit, and it will be interesting to see who the Titans line up for both the head coach and GM position, as they are clearly in need of some major changes.

The Titans have the first pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, and already have their future franchise quarterback in Marcus Mariota. The organization is clearly in rebuilding mode this offseason, and both the future new GM and head coach will have plenty of work to do before making this team a postseason contender. The major benefit for whoever takes over is that the Titans play in the AFC South, which tied for the worst record in the NFL with a division leader at 9-7.
