Pixar's "Finding Nemo" sequel "Finding Dory" may arguably be the most exciting thing we have to look forward to in 2016 and in the latest preview on the official Facebook page, two brand new characters have been introduced!

Bailey and Destiny, who are voiced by "Modern Family's" Ty Burrell and "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia's" Kaitlin Olson are the newest sea creatures in the highly anticipated sequel. Burrell knew from the moment he saw the Oscar-winning 2003 film that he would love to some day be a part of it.

"I'm a huge fan," he told Entertainment Weekly. "It's hard to find that balance of very sweet, very funny and great adventure in a story."

In the film, which is set six months after "Finding Nemo," Dory, voiced by Ellen DeGeneres, is on a mission to find her long-lost parents. On her journey, she visits a rehab center at marine life facility where she meets Burrell's character Bailey, who is a snub-nosed beluga whale, and his friend Destiny, who is a sweet whale shark, voiced by Olson. The "offbeat duo" play a huge role in helping Dory reunite with her family.

"My character isn't great at his own sonar capability, and Destiny has trouble swimming straight," Burrell explained.

"We totally get on each other's nerves," Olson added. "I like to think I'm a shark, but Bailey calls me a whale, and I make fun of his head, because it's gigantic."

If you've ever seen "It's Always Sunny," you may think of Olson as someone who's not so kid-friendly, but she promises this role is completely different. "I'm a lot nicer in this movie than I am in my television show," she explained. "You don't really see Sweet Dee being sweet, ever. This character is. It was a lot of fun to play that and be vulnerable."

DeGeneres shared the first official poster for the film last month on Twitter. "She just kept swimming..." the poster, along with Dory's tail swimming away, reads.

"Finding Dory" hits theaters June 17, 2016. Watch the official trailer here!
