Katy Perry granted arson victim Safyre Terry her holiday wish by sending her a sweet, handwritten Christmas card along with a care package after the young girl asked the "Dark Horse" singer for a card, according to US Weekly.

Terry lost her family members in an intentional fire that took place two years ago. More than 75 percent of her body was burned in the blaze. Recently, Terry took to social media to ask for cards to fill up her "card tree," as HNGN previously reported.

"Safyre, I heard about your Christmas wish and and am so honored that you saved the top of the tree for me!" read the pop-star's card. "I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a great New Year. I'll be thinking of you on Christmas Day. Special girl."

In addition to the Christmas card, Perry also sent the young girl a care package including goodies such as a hoodie with ears, a backpack, DVDs of Perry's "Prismatic" tour and film, "Part of Me," an iPhone 6 case and a kitty cat black purse, according to TMZ.

The 8-year-old has received more than 500,000 Christmas cards and nearly 10,000 packages from all over the country since her social media request drew attention, including gifts from Beyoncé and President Barack Obama.
