The Saints are reportedly going to make changes to the team's personnel structure this offseason, and the team reportedly could let head coach Sean Payton leave for another team in 2016, according to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports. Payton could still return as the Saints head coach in 2016, but the San Diego Chargers and New York Giants are two head-coaching positions that could reportedly allure the highly coveted head coach, according to La Canfora.

Reports already surfaced earlier in the season that the Miami Dolphins and the Indianapolis Colts were interested in Payton. The Saints are going to make changes this offseason one way or another, and general Manager Mickey Loomis will reportedly be given a more overarching role in which he is taken out of the day-to-day decisions and is more focused on the whole of the Saints and New Orleans Pelicans, which are both owned by Tom Benson, according to La Canfora.

If Payton stays in New Orleans, former Dolphins GM and now Saints assistant GM Jeff Ireland would reportedly take over the GM title, according to La Canfora. Any team that is interested in trading for Payton will likely have to put a strong offer on the table, as there may be multiple teams seeking Payton as the head coach of their franchise.

Colts owner Jim Irsay reportedly would change his entire front office to attract Payton, according to La Canfora. Irsay has stated multiple times that he wants his team to be a Super Bowl contender year in and year out, and after posting a disappointing 6-8 season in Indianapolis, changes are likely coming for the Colts one way or another.

Saints quarterback Drew Brees turns 37 years old this offseason, and the team hardly resembles the 2009 regular season team that won the Super Bowl. While Payton has clearly made a name for himself in New Orleans, it's possible to think he could be interested in San Diego, New York or Indianapolis, as those three franchises have quarterbacks in place for the near future.
