Kristin Cavallari is pregnant. The former "Hills" star and her husband Jay Cutler are expecting their second child together. Cavallari confirmed the news on Twitter writing: "Thanks for all the love!! We are so excited for Camden to be a big brother!"

She said they don't know the sex of the baby yet but she has said in the past that she wants to have a little girl. Cavallari and Cutler are parents to a baby boy named Camden, who turned one over the summer.

"We want to have a second sooner rather than later," she told E! News last month. "We know we want another one close in age to Camden and we're at the point where we're both ready."

"Obviously I want a little girl, but if I had another boy I would be so excited as well," she added. "I love having a boy. Either way, I'd be really, really happy."

The 26-year-old reality star said she initially wanted to start trying for another baby six months after giving birth to Camden but "wasn't ready."

Cavallari and Cutler, who plays football for the Chicago Bears, married in June in a quiet Tennessee wedding. The couple invited about 150 family and friends to the ceremony. Shortly after tying the knot, Cavallari gushed to E! that she was really enjoying life as Mrs. Cutler.

"Married life is great," she said. "To be honest it feels the exact same... Once you live together and have a baby together, not a whole lot changes. But it's been great and we're really enjoying it. I have an additional ring on my finger, yes."

Cavallari has left reality TV behind her to become a shoe designer for Chinese Laundry. She does want to get back on the small screen but told Los Angeles' Coco Eco magazine that she had to pass on some acting gigs that would have kept her in L.A. because she would never see her husband. The couple spends a lot of time in L.A., Nashville and Chicago.

"I've passed on a couple of things that would have kept me here in L.A. because my [then] fiancé Jay has to be in Chicago, so if I was here, we would never see each other," she said at the time. "The sacrifices we make for love..."

"It's easy to get wrapped up in your career and have that be your only focus, and I want my marriage to work and last - and family comes first," she continued. "The design work is great because I can do most of it from Chicago and I have so much fun with it. I love it and it all works out."
