Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West welcomed son Saint West Dec. 5, and she's already dropped a significant amount of the baby weight. During a livestream on her website Monday, the 35-year-old mom of two opened up about her week-and-a-half weight-loss journey while cooking deep dish pizza with Kris and Caitlyn Jenner, according to Us Weekly.

Kardashian revealed that she gained 60 pounds while pregnant with Saint. During her first trimester, she was only 130 pounds, but by the end, she weighed 190 pounds. "I almost died," she said. She went on to explain that her goal weight is 120 pounds, which is a little bit less than what she weighed when she married West in 2014 and, thanks to breastfeeding, a healthy diet and some dietary supplements, she's already down 17 pounds.

"This feels like a really hard recovery, but we will get through it," she admitted. "Everyone does it."

"Kim is trying to work out slowly and shed her baby weight," a source told E! News. "It's not that easy this time around, but she is confident she will get back to where she was. Kim loves documenting this process though. She has a great support system."

Earlier Monday, Kardashian revealed she is eating her placenta again, but this time in pill form, as HNGN previously reported. She first did this after giving birth to daughter North, as she heard many stories about it helping with postpartum depression and figured she had nothing to lose.

"I really didn't want the baby blues, and I thought I can't go wrong with taking a pill made of my own hormones — made by me, for me," she wrote on her website. "I had great results and felt so energized and didn't have any signs of depression! I definitely had to do it again. Every time I take a pill, I feel a surge of energy and feel really healthy and good. I totally recommend it for anyone considering it."
