A new study by YouGov has come up with a very interesting set of findings. Through a vast series of polls, white men were found to be the most despised group in Britain for their tendency to get drunk, not work hard, be rude and have multiple sexual partners at a time, according to The Daily Mail.

The YouGov study involved asking people about their perceptions of 48 different groups. They were then asked to give each group a score based on a series of perceived positive and negative criteria. These qualities included how likely a group is to be honest, intelligent, hard-working, polite and helpful. Among the negative criteria are a group's tendency to be violent, to travel without buying a ticket, to take drugs, to have multiple sexual partners and to get drunk, reports The Telegraph.

As per the study's results, white men were found to be the worst demographic in five of the negative traits in the study and second to worst in five positive traits. The next least-praised group, the black Caribbean male in his 20s, even earned a score far beyond that of the white man in his 20s.

"The people we regard as the laziest, rudest, most promiscuous, drunken drug-takers are white men in their twenties. The lousy reputation of young white men is one of the most striking things to emerge from our surveys," a YouGov spokesman said, according to The Mirror.

"They also have the joint worst score, with young black Caribbean men, for a belief that they are prone to drug-taking," the spokesman added.
