Australian actress Ruby Rose has broken up with and called off her engagement to her clothing designer fiancée Phoebe Dahl, E! News reported. The "Orange Is The New Black" star and Dahl called it quits after spending two years together, and Dahl released an official statement confirming the split.

"After two wonderful years together, Ruby and I have decided to part ways," Dahl, 27, told Us Weekly in a statement. "While we still love each other and support each other in every way, it is our mutual decision to part ways. Our break is not the result of any media speculation, and we want nothing but the best for each other. Thank you for respecting our privacy in this very difficult time."

Rose, 29, has yet to release a statement regarding the breakup, but a source close to the couple said that the split is "completely amicable and they wish each other the best," according to E! News.

The pair reportedly broke up because they spent so much time apart due to their budding careers, E! News reported. Dahl is the founder of the clothing line Faircloth & Supply, which donates school uniforms to girls in Nepal for every item sold. Rose became the breakout actress of 2015 with her role as Stella on the Netflix series "OITNB," and is currently filming the upcoming film "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter."

Rose gushed about her former fiancée in an interview with Cosmopolitan magazine this summer where she also opened up about her sexuality and identifying as gender fluid.

"As soon as I met [my fiancée] Phoebe, I knew," Rose told Cosmo about Dahl this past June. "She's everything that I would want in somebody. She's talented, she's funny, and she also has this charitable, giving side."
