During "Dancing With The Stars," Derek Hough revealed that once the season was over, he would be headed to Australia to visit his partner Bindi Irwin as the two had gotten very close during their time on the show, and now that they have won the mirror ball trophy, they're celebrating with a victory trip down under.

On Monday, Hough shared a photo of him, Irwin, 18, and a huge rhino. "Reunited with my little @bindisueirwin," he wrote. "A.K.A. The Champ!!!" Irwin then shared the same photo writing, "So happy to get to introduce you to our world here in Australia! You are officially a Wildlife Warrior. Bring on the adventure!"

Hough posted several photos and videos of his adventure through the Australia Zoo as he met all of the animals. In one video, you can see Irwin giving him a tour as they see more rihnos, kangaroos and koalas. "Meeting so many incredible animals up close and personal thanks to my awesome tour guide @bindisueirwin," he captioned the video. "I have a little connection with the last guy in this video."

The last guy he's referring to is a koala, which we can assume is the one that was recently born that Irwin had named after Hough. Irwin announced this during "DWTS," and Hough could not contain his excitement when he finally got to meet the baby koala named Derek Hough.

"It's one of the coolest things that's ever happened," the 30-year-old "DWTS" pro told "Entertainment Tonight" with the biggest smile on his face as he cradled the adorable animal. "To have an animal named after you is amazing. It's the coolest thing."
