Bollywood actress Rimi Sen was evicted from the controversial reality show "Bigg Boss 9" Tuesday night. She was nominated for this week's elimination along with fellow housemates Mandana Karimi, Rochelle Rao, Rishabh Sinha and Digangana Suryavanshi, according to Hindustan Times.

Sen, who survived more than seven weeks in the house, said that she was happy with her eviction.  "It feels so good, I feel like I'm out of jail. The two to three weeks that I spent there taught me to value relationships and my freedom in real life," Sen said, according to The Asian Age.

The 34-year-old actress, who has worked in hit movies like "Hungama," "Dhoom" and "Hera Pheri 2," added that she wants to be a director in future.

"I haven't worked for the last three years. Now, I want to work on a different level and am thinking of directing. For that one requires to have brains - it's not about how you can survive without food and water," Sen said in an interview with Daily News & Analysis.

"For me living in a limited budget, staying without food or water for hours together was torture not task. The fact that I had gone into house to stay with 13 strangers was in itself a task. But I participated in all the tasks, and did them only till I was comfortable," she added.

The ninth edition of the highly popular and equally controversial reality show "Bigg Boss 9" - "Bigg Boss Nau" or "Bigg Boss Double Trouble" - has been in the news for constant catfights among the female housemates, vulgarity and several shocking incidents.
