Taylor Swift just made one fan's wildest dreams come true. When the singer heard about Jorja Hope, a 12-year-old superfan whose only wish was to meet her before losing her hearing due to an inner-ear condition, she knew she had to do something about it. After attending Swift's concert Saturday in Australia, the fan had her wish fulfilled.

"Things like this happen to other people, not people like us," Hope's mother Melissa told Australia's "Today" show Sunday, according to Us Weekly. "It's been a fairy tale."

Upon learning about her own condition, which causes progressive inner-ear hearing loss, the first thing she said was, "I won't be able to hear Taylor Swift sing," according to the Maitland Mercury. "Jorja has battled her whole life from being born premmie with growth problems, to surgeries on her ears already and five surgeries for broken bones," said her mom. "She is a fighter, no matter what happens she smiles and keeps going."

Her one wish before going completely deaf, which could really happen at any point in time, was to see Swift perform live. With a little help, her family managed to make this happen for Jorja and her twin sister Chloe. "Taylor Swift is a really good singer and a good role model," said Jorja. "When she gets knocked down, she knows how to get back up."

Once they found out they would be attending the concert, her sister Chloe took matters into her own hands to try and make a meet and greet between the two possible. "If Jorja met Taylor, I think she'd pass out. She loves her," said Chloe. "I care for my sister a lot and I would like to do this one special thing for her."

Chloe started the hashtag #helpjorjameettaylorswiftsydney and a Facebook campaign in hopes of making this happen for her sister. Once people read the beautiful story, it quickly went viral. Once it caught the attention of Sydney radio station Nova 96.9, they were able to set up a meeting with Swift.

"She was very, very amazing and very pretty," said Jorja following the meeting with Swift, according to Entertainment Weekly. "I didn't expect her to be as tall as she was."

"It happened tonight Jorja met Taylor!" the Facebook page read. "Chloe you did it!!! You gave your sister the ultimate gift! Taylor gave Jorja a massive hug!" The family then thanked everyone for their support and for helping this happen, calling it "the most amazing night of our lives."
