Hillary Clinton has displayed a sign of foot-in-the-mouth disease with a tweet in which she came out in support of sexual abuse victims, coming stride for stride with a few controversial moments surrounding sexual assault and the former Secretary of State.

On Nov. 23, the Democratic presidential front-runner said that "Every survivor of sexual assault deserves to be heard, believed, and supported" on Twitter.

"I want to send a message to every survivor of sexual assault: Don't let anyone silence your voice. You have the right to be heard. You have the right to be believed, and we're with you," Clinton had said during campaigning earlier in the year. The same words could be read via a link with the tweet that connected to Clinton's website and sexual abuse on campus.

Clinton's tweet came on the day when Juanita Broaddrick, who had accused former president Bill Clinton of sexually assaulting her, spoke out against Clinton on national television.

"Shame on you, Hillary, that's disgusting. Shame on you, Hillary. It's time to be truthful," said Broaddrick in an interview to Aaron Klein, criticizing Clinton's attempt to run for high office, reports Breitbart News. You can read more of that story here at HNGN.

Broaddrick said that after the incident, the former First Lady approached her and threatened her, "She came over to me, took ahold of my hand and said, 'I've heard so much about you and I've been dying to meet you. ... I just want you to know how much that Bill and I appreciate what you do for him.'...This woman, this little, soft-spoken - pardon me for the phrase - dowdy woman that would seem very unassertive, took ahold of my hand and squeezed it and said, 'Do you understand? Everything that you do.' I could have passed out at that moment and I got my hand from hers and I left. ... She was just holding onto my hand. Because I had started to turn away from her and she held onto my hand and she said, 'Do you understand? Everything that you do,' I mean, cold chills went up my spine. That's the first time I became afraid of that woman," reports Breitbart News.

The tweet also came close on the heels of CNN telecasting "The Hunting Ground," a documentary about campus rape. CNN and the documentary have been criticized by a group of Harvard professors who believe that the documentary is deeply flawed "propaganda," reports the Daily Caller.
