For customers of Apple's big, new tablet, it seems like the problems just come one after another. After dealing with a screen blackout issue a few days ago, users of the powerful new tablet are faced with another issue: the shortage of the device's most important accessories, the Apple Pencil and the Smart Keyboard, according to 9 to 5 Mac.

In fact, the shortage of the tablet's two prominent accessories is so massive, scalpers have taken to eBay, offering the products at extremely high prices. Some sellers in eBay, taking advantage of the products' shortage, are offering the Apple Pencil for as much as $500 and the Smart Keyboard for as much as $650.

Some people have even gone as far as stealing the demo units of the Apple Pencil from Apple Stores, reports CNN Money.

"We have a limited supply of Apple Pencil and the Smart Keyboard in Apple Retail stores. Customers are very excited for iPad Pro, Apple Pencil and the Smart Keyboard," an Apple spokesman said.

The Apple Pencil and the Smart Keyboard are specifically designed to help convert the iPad Pro, a massive, 12.9-inch tablet, into a portable workstation for artists, designers, and serious note-takers.

The Apple Pencil is officially sold in Apple Stores for $99, while the Smart Cover is sold for $169.
