Tumbles is a Weiner dog who was taken in by Friends of the Shelter Dogs, a pet shelter and non-profit organization in Athens, Ohio, when he was just two weeks old.

While other dogs enjoy running and are fitted with sweaters by their owners, Tumbles is missing his two front legs and could not play with the other pups.

When a couple saw Tumbles' situation online, they contacted the shelter and offered help by providing a bespoke wheelchair for the puppy. They then partnered with the Ohio University Innovation Center to 3-D print the design, Examiner reported.

"He's a little sweetheart and doesn't act as if he has any limitations. Since he is so little and still growing he needs to learn how to walk properly. Once the wheelchair is properly fitted he will need to go through physical therapy," said Angela Marx, the board president of the pet shelter, according to The Telegraph.

If you'd like to help Tumbles and other special-needs dogs, you can donate to Friends of the Shelter Dogs, according to 3D Print.
