The Indiana Hoosiers just got a commitment from four-star power forward De'Ron Davis last week and that brought their 2016 recruiting class to number 16 in the nation. Davis was the third recruit of the class to commit to Indiana along with four-star combo guard Curtis Jones and three-star shooting guard Grant Gelon. Tom Crean is not quite done yet though, as four-star shooting guard Bruce Brown has cut his list down to two schools, according to his Twitter account.

The two schools Brown is deciding between are Indiana and Miami as he eliminated UConn and Michigan among other schools on Monday afternoon. Brown is expected to make his decision on Wednesday and as of right now it seems like he is heavily leaning towards Indiana over Miami, according to 247 Sports. While Indiana is still the heavy favorite there are some people who believe that Jim Larranaga and Miami have picked up some serious momentum making this closer than most people believed it would be.

Brown is a 6 foot-4 guard from Wakefield, Massachusetts and has been recruited heavily by Indiana throughout the entire process, according to Jerry Meyer of 247 Sports. Meyer believes that Miami has a much bigger need for Brown than Indiana does but that he is more likely to be a Hoosier than a Hurricane in 2016 as Crean made him a priority from the outset.

Brown is a very physical and competitive guard that loves to attack with his elite quickness. He is ranked as the 30th best played overall and the eighth best shooting guard in the 2016 class, according to ESPN.  Brown is known for being defensive-minded but he is a solid all-around player that should be able to make an impact immediately at the college level.

If Brown were to commit to Indiana, like many people expect, they would move from the 16th best class to the ninth best class in the nation for 2016. Miami, meanwhile, has only gotten a commitment from one four-star player in the 2016 class and rank as the 82nd best class so adding Brown would be enormous for them.
