Last April, Middelhof and Kaendi were photographed holding hands on a sofa. The photo went viral, and the couple was bashed.
Strangers were hitting Kaendi for being "average-looking" and "undeserving" of Middelhof. Netizens also aimed homophobic and racist comments towards the Thai-German couple.
Undaunted by the world, Middelhof and Kaendi tied the knot in Germany Oct. 31, reported ABS CBN.
Kaendi, a former creative director, posted photos on his Instagram account, celebrating pride and love.
The two, who wore dark blue outfits for their wedding, took some wedding photographs around Germany.
