It was a cozy fall day - a perfect moment to capture nature's warm autumn colors. Photographer Megan Rion set up pumpkins, dried leaves, hay, and corn - and laid the sleeping baby, Conor, on a cloth. The scene was picture-perfect, or so she thought.

Emerging from the tree in the background, Maggie the fawn startled people with her appearance. Looking innocent and harmless, the deer walked toward the child to catch a glimpse of the sleeping angel.

Rion pointed her camera, and captured the picturesque scene.

The image was so beautiful that it amazed hundreds of people, going viral on social media less than 24 hours after it was shared.

"I think it made it a great work of art," said Rion, of Imagine That Photography.

In the end, all that the deer wanted was the hay and corn used as props during the photo shoot, reported Country Living.

The baby's autumn-theme photo shoot in Louisiana's Sam Houston Jones State Park wasn't Maggie's first appearance. The deer was seen many times in the area, and has photobombed many other times as well, reported ABC.

"We've seen her in about five different photo shoots," Rion told ABC News. "I didn't even know she was going to show up at the spot where I like to take pictures at."

Rion treasured her magical experience and plans to go back to the spot in hopes of meeting the wild creature again.
