Rick Ross has gotten in touch with his emotional side. The Maybach Music Group founder remixed Adele's latest hit "Hello," an unusual song choice for the rapper.

The record-breaking song was chosen by Ross as part of his recent Renzel Remixes series, according to Pitchfork. Ross respected the power of Adele's voice and did not touch the emotional tune too much. The beginning of the song still showcased the British singer's powerhouse vocal performance as Ross inserted a couple of his music group's signature distorted glitches of the "Maybach Music" stamp. Ross, however, did include his own verse later in the track as he rapped over the song's soft piano music. The verse by the rapper echoed the tone of the song and touched on failed relationships and dreams.

"Tears fall all the way to the south of France/ Poverty line hang lower than my pants / Invited to the Grammys but I feel so out of place / After we watch plates they were always out of state," Ross sung.

"Salute Adele. I remixed her vibe," the rapper captioned a tweet of the remixed version of "Hello."

Adele released "Hello," the first single off her highly-anticipated new album "25," last week. The music video for the track broke the Vevo record of most views in 24 hours. The music video was watched over 27.7 million times in a single day and shattered the previous record held by Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood," which was viewed 20.1 million times.
