Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle will reportedly be disciplined by the NFL for violating the league's personal conduct policy and could be suspended for multiple games, according to ESPN's Todd Archer and Adam Schefter.

Randle will reportedly be suspended for being arrested in February for unlawful possession of marijuana after police received a call for domestic violence with a weapon involving Randle and the mother of his son in Wichita, Kan., according to Archer and Schefter.

The police report stated that the mother of Randle's son said that Randle broke a car window and threatened her with a gun during an argument. The charges were dropped, and while he is still legally cleared, he can face suspension from the NFL for the incident.

Randle will reportedly face a one to two-game suspension, as he was in violation of the NFL's policy for his firearm and his off field conduct, but not for domestic violence, according to NFL reporter Ian Rapoport.

Randle reportedly abruptly left the Cowboys facility on Wednesday after finding out that he was demoted from the starting lineup. The Cowboys will plan to start running back Darren McFadden, as he is coming off a season-high 152 yard rushing game against the Giants.

The running back started the first six games of the season for the Cowboys but will likely see his time dwindle as the Cowboys may focus on getting McFadden the ball. Randle is still dealing with a strained oblique, and it is unknown if he will be able to play this weekend.
