A car reportedly crashed into the Oklahoma State homecoming parade Saturday, killing three people and injuring 22 others, according the Associated Press.

The police have stated that seven people have been "seriously injured," according to George Schroeder of USA Today Sports. The accident happened at 10:30 a.m. Central time in Stillwater, Okla., according to Nick Bromberg of sports.yahoo.com.

Police have reported that the driver has been arrested for driving under the influence, according to Lacie Lowry of Oklahoma TV station News 9. The driver has been reported to be 25-year-old Adacia Stillwater of Stillwater, according to Paighten Harkins of Tulsa World. Eight people who were critically injured have been flown from the scene of the accident, according to Harkins.

The Cowboys are schedule to play the Kansas Jayhawks this Saturday at 3:30 p.m. Oklahoma State University President Burn Hargis has discussed whether the homecoming game would be played against Kansas, and officials have decided to still play the game.

"We're going to play, and we're going to remember the victims at the game. We're going to move forward," said Hargis, via Tulsa World. The University's twitter account released a statement saying, "Oklahoma State University is saddened by the tragic parade incident earlier this morning. Our thoughts & prayers are with those affected."
