The Buffalo Bills will be without starting quarterback Tyrod Taylor and wide receiver Sammy Watkins this Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. While the Bills are hurting with injuries, the San Fancisco 49ers are expected to start Carlos Hyde against the Seattle Seahawks, according to NFL reporter Ian Rapoport.

Taylor is still nursing an MCL injury he suffered against the Tennessee Titans and will need more time before he is able to return. "Tyrod he did a nice job (Wednesday) and split the reps, but as he came back in the evening our medical people and doctors took a look at him and he certainly still has some soreness in that knee," said head coach Rex Ryan, via buffalobills.com. "It hasn't healed all the way, so we're not going to put him out there until he's 100 percent. So were not going to play him in the game."

The Bills will go with backup quarterback EJ Manuel for the second consecutive game. Manuel struggled in his first start of the season with the Bills but had some positive plays. The former first round draft pick threw for 263 yards with a touchdown and an interception. The Bills had a tough test against the undefeated Bengals, but they shouldn't sleep on Jacksonville just because they are 1-5.

The Bills will also be without Sammy Watkins on Sunday, as he is dealing with an ankle injury he suffered after scoring a touchdown last Sunday. The fourth pick in the 2014 NFL Draft made the trip to England but is still wearing a walking boot on that injured ankle.

The Bills are still alive this season at 3-3, but injuries are clearly mounting for this team. Wide receiver Percy Harvin didn't make the trip after suffering a hip injury, and he is reportedly contemplating retirement after suffering another injury. With Marquise Goodwin already on injured reserve, the Bills will look to Chris Hogan, Robert Woods and Denarius Moore to be the top targets on Sunday. Buffalo is clearly struggling with injuries and has yet to win two consecutive games in this season.

The Bills aren't the only team that has struggled with injuries this season, as the San Francisco 49ers have had quite a few between Vernon Davis, Reggie Bush, Anquan Boldin and Carlos Hyde. Luckily for 49ers fans, they will reportedly have Hyde on the field Thursday night after being questionable with a foot injury. Hyde has rushed for 430 yards with three touchdowns this season, but he has a tough challenge against the Seattle Seahawks.

Wide receiver Anquan Boldin has been battling a hamsting injury and will reportedly workout prior to the game to see if he will be able to play, according Rapoport. Boldin is a huge target for quarterback Colin Kaepernick, and 49ers fans are likely hoping that he can suit up against the Seahawks. Both teams are 2-4 and will battle to stay out of last place in the NFC West.
