The Hungarian camerawoman caught on video kicking and tripping refugees has recanted her apology and instead announced she will be suing Facebook and Osama Abdul Mohsen, one of the Syrian refugees she kicked, according to Mashable.

Mohsen is seen in the damning video against Petra Laszlo, filmed Sept. 8, tumbling to the ground with a child in one arm and a bag with all of his possessions in his other hand. Laszlo tripped him and kicked out at another child in his party as they ran from the police, as previously reported by HNGN.

"I was scared as the crowd rushed toward me, and then something snapped in me," said Laszlo. "I'm not a heartless, racist, children-kicking camerawoman. I do not deserve the political witch hunts against me, nor the smears or often the death threats," she added, as reported by HNGN. "I'm just a woman, and now an unemployed mother of small children, who made a bad decision in a situation of panic. I am truly sorry."

But that apology has been short lived as Laszlo is now announcing she will be filing two separate lawsuits when her criminal trial is over. She will be suing Facebook, for allegedly continuing to deny her request to take down groups with negative posts to Laszlo, including the "Petra Laszlo Shame Wall," which to date boasts over 10,000 Facebook likes.

Laszlo also plans to sue the refugee she tripped, as she purports that he has "changed his story," according to the New York Daily News.

The refugee was identified as 52-year-old Syrian soccer coach Mohsen, a father of four, who has settled in Spain with his family. Mohsen accepted a job as a football coach with Spain's National Centre for the Education of Coaches (Cenafe), and is hoping to rebuild his career in Spain, according to the International Business Times.

Laszlo also has plans to relocate her family to Russia. "We consider Russia and we think that we will begin to learn Russian," she said. "For us, it is important to leave Hungary. We will decide after the trial."
