Despite the fact that the "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" official trailer dropped in the midst of a very suspecting world on Tuesday night, it nonethless stirred a frenzy of interest and an unprecedented level of excitement from fans who had the chance to view it for the first time. Naturally, they took to social media for their reactions and these included the very celebrities who star in the new film.

For instance, there is the case of Daisy Ridley, who plays the new character Rey. Ridley published a video of herself watching the trailer on Instagram. It is strange and even surprising to watch her get excited and be wide-eyed with wonder just like everybody else as she watched the trailer of the very film she is involved in.

"Totally emotional seeing it for the first time and so, so, so incredibly awed to be part of this incredible legacy," she said.
