Bradley Cooper is set to return to the hit CBS series "Limitless" in a new sneak peek that premiered during the 2015 New York Comic Con. In the clip, Cooper reprises his role as Senator Eddie Morra to push the show's main character Brian Finch (played by Jake McDorman) and test his moral compass.

Cooper steps in during episode six when Morra meets with Finch on a rooftop after an obviously troubling event for the new kid on NZT. The presidential candidate tries to comfort Finch as he wakes up from a shocking event.

"Don't worry, you're gonna be just fine," Morra says. "Take it slow, been through a lot. Hit your head pretty good, but you're gonna be okay once the shot kicks in."

Morra reveals that he was just testing Finch's limits and his moral character for a new role that will be developed in future episodes.

"This is about you Brian," Morra says, "about whether you're just an employee or somebody who can be a partner."

Cooper appeared in the pilot of the series based on his hit 2011 film of the same title. He's credited on the TV adaptation as an executive producer, and courted Dorman for the lead role after the two worked on his critically acclaimed 2014 film "American Sniper" together. The new show premiered on CBS in September.

Check out the sneak peek below and be sure to catch Cooper's return to "Limitless" in episode six, which airs on October 27 at 10/9c on CBS.
