The San Francisco 49ers travel to East Rutherford, N.J. Sunday night to face the New York Giants. The 49ers have lost three consecutive games and will look to turn their season around Sunday against the Giants. The Giants have won two straight coming in to Sunday night's game and will look to keep the momentum going against the 49ers.

The Giants will be short-handed Sunday night, as both defensive end Robert Ayers Jr. and linebacker Devon Kennard have been ruled out due to injuries, according to James Kratch of NJ.com. The Giants will look to defensive end Kerry Wynn to have a big game, as he creates pressure on opposing quarterbacks and has 22 combined tackles this season.

On offense, quarterback Eli Manning will look to get the ball to star receiver Odell Beckham Jr., who already has 307 receiving yards this season. Victor Cruz will still be out again due to a calf injury, and players like Rueben Randle and Larry Donnell will need to step up. The Giants have had a tough week, as tight end Daniel Fells has undergone a reported five surgeries to treat a MRSA infection, and reportedly could lose his foot.

San Francisco will also be without some key players on Sunday night, as tight end Vernon Davis will miss his second consecutive game with knee injury, according to ESPN's Paul Gutierrez. Quarterback Colin Kaepernick will look to receivers Torrey Smith and Anquan Boldin to make up for the loss of Davis.

The 49ers looked amazing week one against the Vikings but have spiraled downward since then. Second-year running back Carlos Hyde rushed for 168 yards and two touchdowns in week one against Minnesota, but since then, he has just rushed for 114 yards in three games. Hyde will look to find some holes in the Giants' defense, but that may be difficult, as the Giants have the best rush defense in the NFL.

Both the Giants and the 49ers are in need of wins Sunday night, as they likely want to keep pace in their divisions. The game starts at 8:30 p.m. Eastern time, and you can watch the live broadcast here. To listen to the Giants radio broadcast, click here, and for the 49ers radio broadcast, go here.
