A 19-year-old student at the University of Connecticut was arrested Sunday night after he was recorded verbally abusing and assaulting a store manager, all because he wanted some mac and cheese, and has since been expelled from the school, according to NewsDay.

The apparent drunken encounter was caught on tape and uploaded to the internet Monday evening, going viral.

Luke Gatti of Long Island, N.Y., entered a campus food market in search of bacon jalapeno mac and cheese. He was denied by the manager, who accused Gatti of being drunk and belligerent.

The video, which goes on just under 10 minutes, has the entire altercation recorded and documented for the world to see.

It eventually escalates to Gatti being held to the ground by food court employees, then handcuffed by police.

The 19-year-old shouted obscenities at the employee, calling him a "f----t" and belittling his profession, according to Heavy..

But the manager says he refused the teen service because he was drinking inside the establishment.

But was the arrest worth it? Two reporters went to find out whether the mac and cheese was worth the arrest and eventual expulsion, according to Boston.

According to the Courant reporters, the dish was mad of "soft twists of what look like gemelli pasta coated in a smooth, rich sauce and finished with a crispy, golden baked cheese crust."
