Filming is already underway on the "Harry Potter" spin-off "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," but the film has just added Jon Voight and two more actors, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Gemma Chan and Carmen Ejogo have also joined the highly anticipated movie that is set in the magical world that J.K. Rowling created.

The movie stars Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander, the wizarding world's leading magizoologist who lives 70 years before the events in the original "Harry Potter" series. "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" also stars Katherine Waterston, Ezra Miller, Colin Farrell, Dan Fogler and Samantha Morton in supporting roles. The film is directed by David Yates, who is responsible for the final four movies in the "Harry Potter" film franchise. Rowling herself wrote the screenplay for the film after Warner Bros. came to her with an idea for a Potter spin-off.

Chan is mostly known for her work in television series and her film credits include "Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit" and "London Fields." Ejogo was in the critically acclaimed film "Selma" and can next be seen in "Born to Be Blue." Voight is a well-known actor and has been in the movie making business for decades. He is currently appearing in the Showtime drama "Ray Donovan" and is also the father of Angelina Jolie.

Details for the characters that Voight, Chan and Ejogo will play have not yet been released.
