Robin Williams' widow and his three children have reached a settlement over the comedian's estate more than a year after his death.

Susan Schneider Williams will remain in the couple's San Francisco Bay Area home and receive living expenses for the rest of her life, according to The Associated Press. Her attorney Jim Wagstaffe also reported that she received a watch the comedian would wear, a bike they bought on their honeymoon, and gifts they received for their wedding.

"While it's hard to speak of this as a win, given it stems from the greatest loss of all, I am deeply grateful to the judge for helping resolve these issues," Susan said in a statement obtained by People. "I can live in peace knowing that my husband's wishes were honored."

The settlement is still subject to a judge's approval.

Robin's children will eventually inherit the home in San Francisco. They also will receive a number of other dispute items including more than 50 bikes and 85 watches, according to People.

"I think they're just very happy to have this behind them," their lawyer Meredith Bushnell told the AP.

During the drawn-out dispute, the children argued Susan had "acted against his wishes by challenging the plans he so carefully made for his estate." They felt she was "adding insult to terrible injury."
