"Gotham" co-stars Morena Baccarin and Ben McKenzie, who are expecting a baby together, are planning to tie the knot, the actress revealed in court documents filed on Sept. 11.

Baccarin, 36, is in the middle of a nasty divorce with estranged husband Austin Chick, but she states in the documents that she became pregnant with McKenzie's child in June, after she separated from Chick. The director Click begs to differ and says that Baccarin got pregnant while they were still together, according to E!.

"Today, I am in a new committed relationship. I am planning to re-marry. Also, I am 3 1/2 months pregnant," the documents read, according to TMZ.

Baccarin and Chick, married for three-and-a-half years, have one child together - a two-year-old son named Julius Setta Chick - and share joint custody of the boy. In spite of having joint custody, Julius will mainly stay with Baccarin in New York City, per a judge's ruling last Thursday.

The soon-to-be parents kept their relationship a secret until last weekend, when they were spotted together at the Emmys after party, as HNGN previously reported.

Even though the couple has not yet spoken out about the happy news, on Thursday, McKenzie retweeted his sister's congratulatory message on Twitter.
