Here's some disappointing news! Kelly Clarkson has been forced to cancel the reminder of her "Piece by Piece" headlining tour due to doctor's orders.

In a statement on her website, the 33-year-old "Since You Been Gone" singer announced that she would not be performing her remaining tour dates in Canada and the U.K.; instead Clarkson will follow her doctor's orders and remain on vocal rest for the remainder of the year.

"I am truly sorry that I have to cancel the remainder of my tour dates," the Grammy-winner said in a statement. "I was so looking forward to sharing this tour with all my amazing fans in Canada and the U.K. Unfortunately my doctor is telling me I have to stay on vocal rest, but I am working hard to get better as fast as possible."

Clarkson was set to play nine dates in Canada starting Oct. 1, and six in Britain before her Nov. 10 date in Dublin Ireland at 3Arena. In early September, Clarkson cancelled six tour dates after doctors suggested she rest her voice.

"This kills me, but doctors are saying I need to rest my voice! I can't wait to get healthy and see y'all back on the road soon...Please know that I never cancel anything unless it's absolutely necessary," she wrote at the time.

"I can't wait to get healthy and see y'all back on the road soon. I hate canceling..." she tweeted. Adding, "I am truly sorry to my fans that have been excited to see this show."

Clarkson released her "Piece by Piece" album in February and kicked off her tour July 11 in Hershey, Penn. Her last performance was Sept. 10 in Atlanta, Ga., Last month, Clarkson revealed she and husband Brandon Blackstock are expecting their second child together. The two, who married in October 2013, are already parents to 15-month-old daughter River Rose.
