Kim Kardashian has had quite a year, from the birth of her daughter, North West, to dealing with all of the family drama surrounding Lamar Odom's latest drug scandal. Now the reality star mama has a new TV role to add to her list of business ventures, as she'll be doing voice-work for FOX animated sitcom "American Dad."

It looks as though Roger, the fan favorite, narcissistic alien on "American Dad" is getting a new love interest, as Kardashian will be voicing a furry alien whose spaceship crash lands in Langley Falls, Entertainment Weekly reports. She'll fall fast and hard in love for her new friend, and the two will begin an intense relationship that will cause Roger some challenges.

Kardashian's episode will likely air late this season, her famous voice now part of the list of other future celebrity guest stars, including Zooey Deschanel, Olivia Wilde, Alison Brie, and Stanley Tucci.

The new mama has recently stepped back into the spotlight after taking a temporary hiatus and spending time at home with her family, including baby Nori and her boyfriend, Kanye West.

Despite the intense media scrutiny the star received for her body during her pregnancy, she's lost much of her post-baby weight already and has been proudly showing off her signature figure for the cameras while shooting new scenes for "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

As for West, he couldn't be happier with his new family. In a recent radio interview with BBC, West gushed about his girlfriend and baby daughter, whom he has been fiercely protective of keeping from the spotlight.

"I'm going to tell my daughter, by the time she understands what it is, 'Man, me and your mother were in a completely different situation than you're in," West said during the interview. "People could take pictures, people could climb over your fence, and you wouldn't even get paid for it. You see all these checks that you're getting at the age of six because people are taking your picture? I made that happen, Nori.' That's what I'm going to tell her."

The season premiere of "American Dad" airs Sept. 29 at 9:30 p.m. on FOX.
